Jamie Scandal auditions for The X-Factor

This is a live monologue with songs that describes my harrowing 15 hour audition for Simon Cowell's new TV show: "The X-Factor". I had to get up at 3am to get beautiful and then travel to lovely Newark, NJ by 6am to get in line with the other 20,000 people who had turned up to this massive cattle call to see if they could be the next singing SUPERSTAR. I had a dream about this ordeal, even before I knew about the auditions, so I thought it was important to see it through to the end, no matter what the outcome, just to say I did my best. I did. But I guess my best wasn't good enough. Que Sera Sera... I will never forget the experience.
