#2-Body Scan Sleep Relaxation *Softly Spoken*

This is Inner Health Studio's body scan sleep relaxation script. I've heard it done in the whisper community before, but I wanted to have a go at it. I hope you enjoy. It's a mix of 90% soft spoken and 10% whispering. I had fun recording it, and it put my cat to sleep---I think that's a good sign. :-) Let me know what you think, and sweet dreams. I truly hope it relaxes you.
