A Sid Film-Part 1

This film (a much compressed version) was shot during my stint as a University Teacher in Thailand. It was originally intended to be a full-length feature but due to time concerns, administration censorship and difficulties with motivation; we decided to do a short instead. The film is also subtitled because all the actors speak English as a Second language. The original script had a lot more depth but unfortunately American humor and story conventions (i.e. satire-metaphors-allusions-irony) do not translate well to Thai cinematic tastes. So basically I had to simplify most of the dialogue to give it more universal appeal.
