i like these animation movies, but obviusly we can't find the magic of the strips. well, that's not hugo pratt...
great music, nice to see of course but...oh gosh, corto' french voice is soooo bad. much, much better in italian.

LUCA WARD IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD...he is the italian voice!!!

i've been in Venice a lot of time..and evrytime i go to visit it, i feel in the "calle" the spirit of Corto's soul, and i beath the air of evry romantic gentleman..

I've always wanted to see this. I like the blending of western and Japanese animation styles. Too bad they used so much god damn CGI though.

They draw Corto's skin totally wrong..looks like baby skin or a clean-cut hollywood celb..a sailorman who smokes, drinks, and go through all kinds of situations..c'mon animators!!
Corto is on paper and in our subconscious..end of story. Movie is good but something else.I'm italian, I own all the comic-books, and I happen to live not too far awat from Hugo Pratt's hometown, Venice. Corto is all about dreams, definitely not top notch animation bullshit..feel me?!
