TWO PARTS!

After you beat the game it gives you a Secret Password that, unlike the SNES game, doesn't let you play that dueling minigame, but instead lets you start Wily Stage 4 with EVERYTHING, 4 E-tanks, 4 W-tanks, an S-tank, all weapons and upgrades.

I know this is for PC, but how do you enter a Password in this game?

@ethanVideogameKid There's a password option in the title screen. Just like in other Mega Man games.

@ethanVideogameKid You choose between the red dots and the blue dots and place three of each in the necessary locations. When you wish to change color, just move your cursor up to the color and press the confirm button. Alternatively you can use A or S to switch between them faster.

@lmphk I knew about red dots and blue dots. i meant, when you are finished with a password, what button brings up the 'End' crusor in that password screen?

@ethanVideogameKid You just manually move the cursor on top of the End button. I can't really make it much clearer, sorry.
