Clear, thanks for the info .. I suspected it is ABS as I never managed to get that fast print without extreme warping with HDPE or PP

nophead, great movie :)
is this HDPE or ABS you are printing with?
How do you set the "filamenth width" ? do you have different nozzles or you are using extruder motor speed / head movement speed ratio to get the needed filament width?

It is green ABS.
Yes the filament diameter is set by the ratio of head speed to extruder feed rate. It can be varied within limits set by the nozzle aperture size. The plastic swells after it leaves the aperture and that sets the maximum diameter. By stretching it you can get somewhat smaller than the aperture. A range of about 2:1.
The width is a bit more than the diameter, determined by the layer height.

Typical values are 0.5mm aperture gives 0.7mm filament.Stretched back to 0.5mm and extruded with a layer height of 0.4mm giving a width of 0.6mm.

IIRC these gears were extruder with a 0.3mm aperture stretched back to 0.3mm and with layer height of 0.24mm and width of 0.36mm.
