OMG that is horrible there should be some kind of license or test that people and families should go through to see if their worthy of owning an animal its a privilege to be able to own an animal not a right!!! these animals in this vid their owners should be treated in the same way its the only way pigheaded people will ever learn some people are a disgrace to the human race and should not be allowed to continue living their a waste of life that no one wants on this planet no one will miss them
