@MrDr650 Thank-you for clearing that up. With a name like DrBongWater people somehow get the impression that I could have a short term memory.

Nice to see a Twin Otter on floats, quite massive and impressive!

amazing

@jdstell deHAVILLAND did build "factory" turbo beavers. Only about 60 compared to the over 1600 radial beavers. Viking air in Victoria B.C. Canada now owns the rights to the beaver and otter aircraft and they as you said convert radial to turbos.
Cool Eh?

Remove the music, i want the engine sound

theres 2 planes...twin otter (turboprop) and a turbobeaver.

You're right that is a Twin Otter in the beginning. The "Turbo Beaver" is not a real turbo beaver. It has a radial. A Turbo Beaver is a converted Beaver with a turboprop. The plane in this video, without a doubt, does not have a TP.

I'm sure I saw the Turbo Beaver logo on the cowling...
But then on the other hand my Newfie Neighbours had a straight 6 in their 59 Chevy and the lettering on the side said "427 ci"!
