For the Brits who don't know Chelsea- She is VERY sarcastic. she wasnt bashing Katie at all she is just like this with most people on the show. Also E! (the network) always sends her idiotic reality stars with Chelsea always makes fun of so she has to be a little more sarcastic. Its not that she is mean. its just her humour. Judging from this video she actually seems to like Katie
