Sheeesh... will Expert Village do a litle bit better job of getting actual experts? Nothing he said was in any way relevant to why someone would want to pick that guitar over another style. And 'Jazz Box' guitar? That is like calling a something 'A Glass Windshield' car.

press 2 then 8 for (thin body ..or just playing) press 1 to hear (socks are full) press 7 for (owned) press 8 then 9 for (for just playing without any kind of box)

I beg to differ. When I think of a legitimate Jazzbox, I envision a guitar with one floating pickup mounted on the end of the neck.

Thanks, it is very helpful, had forgotten what all those things mentioned were for. We almost sent the guitar back because there was a hole in it, at least now we know it is for Jack, who ever he is. Who would have guessed the switch was for selection , great stuff! Any chance of explaining what an amplification is, thanks

Oi lay of this helped me beyond belief, I completely forgot that this guitar had two pickups.
