This video is a demo showing Rogue Galaxy running at 60FPS with beautiful HI Rez visuals and smooth textures. (Obviously take in to account that video recording has lower quality and fps due to compression)
PC Specs:
Nvidia GTX580
i7 2600K
P8P67 PRO
8GB DDR3
Emulator settings:
Renderer: Direct3D11 (Hardware)
Interlacing: Blend tff (Slight blur, 1/2 fps)
D3D Internal Res: 2048x1536 [for 1920x180 monitors]
Scaling: 4x [This depends on the game being played, for example Tales of the Abyss remains at 60fps when the scaling is at 6x. i find 4x is a nice all rounder for most games. Also If you experience any ghosting with your games chaining the scaling seems to fix it.]

What makes this run well is my PC not the version of the emulator.
i have a £1300 custom built gaming PC.
Any version of the emulator would work
