this will not come out on pc ): although it generally is a better platform for rpg's microsoft have nailed this one as a 360 exclusive so it will be single platform

If you see it and it looks like you can go there, then you can go there, that's what it means. Like woods and lakes and islands in the middle of lakes and everywhere in a certain environment, not like roof tops and stuff. Although, you can go into and even buy almost every single building in the game.
