just bitter since jangbi was knocked out and a lot of us feel like he was the better competition for flash.

so... if both our arguments are irrelevant why are you still insisting that you would have made the right play in that situation? ive only offered possible insight into WHY he played like he did nothing your saying is relevant at this point because he DIDNT take out the gates and the only thing left is speculation as to WHY.. clearly we know that if he had it would have been good...but he didnt so you can stop arguing about what he SHOULD have done or what you WOULD have done

He was building that third gate in his main VERY LATE after his cheese had failed. He had a small Goon force BECAUSE HE LEFT THE GATES THERE. The reason he would know there was no serious reaver threat is BECAUSE THE CHEESE FAILED.. The "when's the last time you made a top 16" argument is flawed because you yourself haven't made one either so if my argument is irrelavent then that means yours is as well.

ok so first off kal had a gate in his main as well and if the gates at mid were threatened i can assure you that he would have built more in his base secondly by the time canata could have taken out the gates kal had a small goon force ready to go and thirdly whens the last time you made a top 16? its really easy to say what they should have done when you can see the whole map and dont have to concentrate on 4 sections of your base every 3-5 secs how should he know theres only 1 reaver?

Honestly that's stupid. The only reason Kal even had an army at all is because he left the 2 UNDEFENDED gates in the middle of the map. 1 shuttle and a reaver is not that hard to take care of when there's NOTHING backing it up.

yea this is becoming semi-standard on this map i believe FBH did it the other day too

if he had moved out to take down the gates he would have been out of position to deal with the reaver/shuttle also he can take the gateways at any point so he probably figures he'll macro up a sizable tank force then try to set up a contain and take the gates in one swoop

umm what? Canata didn't lose at all. I was simply saying he looks as though he doesn't have a lot of skill due to him leaving those gateways there to pump units from. The match would have been over long ago if he had just killed them.
