They do it to humiliate your dignity and basic pride of human beings..in the name of medicine its not worth it.. it may ruin your life psychologically :( so dont do it! we arent meant to swallow foreign objects.

I do admit doing it for PLEASURE is STUPID. Now I wouldn't go so far as to say Modern medicine has gone too far. When it's done in the HOSPITALS it's done to help you. What would you want to happen to you if you took 15 bottles of pills?

we nurses will not study for 4 whole years just for pleasure...we are doing it because we want to help not to humiliate...

it was just really incomfortable. you could feel the tube knocking against the back of my throat and the so thats why i kept swallowing because when i stopped swallowing i gagged and i didn't want to throw up.
