@GatewayBMW It must really vary from bike to bike. My 650 has a "buzz" about 100 rpm wide centred at 4k rpm, but that 100 rpm is maybe 5 kph wide in 6th gear. I suppose that I may have gotten lucky.

Thanks for the GREAT video mate!!!! I am looking very seriously at one and after seeing this video you have helped me decide with more confidence that I will be getting one! THANKS!

Thank you very much for this videos dude!
I had a V-strom and changed it for an Iron 883 but I will get this one, definitively the kind of use I want to make. Non of my other motorcycles were bad at all but as you say, the complete package is what is atractive.
The Vstrom was a pretty big girl for me and the Iron is supercool in the city but in the road I just can't handle that charge of air, wich can be fixed in this bike with the F800 windshield.
Greetings from Mexico.

nice bike
We have seen some F650 and F800GS bikes vibrate more then others. The cause is the balance of the clutch assembly.
Nearly everyone that owns one of these reports that they smooth out in the upper revs after 4 to 6k miles.
Very noticeable if you test ride a new and used one back to back, but yeah, the inline 2 rotax is not vibration free.

Thank you, that's great info for everyone. We put nearly that many miles on our bike and it didn't get better, there was just more engine noise we don't like when idling. Would LOVE to see them update for vibration. MVR
