  • Hi! Perhaps you've discussed DietOramy fat reduction plan (google's got quite a few data on it)? I have learned of plenty of unbelievable details about it and my coworker dropped substantial amount of excess fat by using it.

  • it seems she doesn t work to much on this exercises :) ...her body is...(mm)normal, even a little bit disproportionately, not slim at all...:)

  • @kennethofoh well she could take a 10 minutes break to fully recover and then do another tabata sesession...that should be fine...but you are right...if she is doing next session after 2-3 minutes break she hasn't pushed hard enough to qualify it as tabata

  • omg this looks HARD!

  • You shame the Tabata name. Not even close.

  • Holla! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • If you have enough energy to do a second 8 sets... then it isn't what gave the results that Professor Tabata discovered.

  • These aren't tabtas. The whole point of tabata intervals is to do the same movement so that you don't recover fully in the 10 second rest period.

Intensity should be high and most people will struggle to complete all of the reps.

Thrusters are good but still not intense enough.

Sprinting (off treadmill) or exercise bike with high resitance are best.

  • CROSSFIT!!!
