Was trying to do free-hip, baby-giant. But ended up pretty much doing a giant. Yes I know my arms are bent and I kind of have a shoulder angle. Keep in mind, this was the first day I started doing them. --We raised the low bar high enough so that I wouldn't hit the ground if I bent my legs.

  • @orinoco910 you can do it! gymnastics used to get me down a lot, but after a while i just kept working and it really paid of!
