i think everyone is missing the main awesome part of this story... Bud and Eric stayed ALIVE and are still making music. Brad's passing was tragic indeed, but this Rome guy is giving it all he's got, and the band is back doing what they do best, being Sublime... so everybody, either clap or shooosh!!!

No one is sayin he's gonna repalce him. This is kinda like a second chance for everyone who never got to see them. Eveen though brad isn't there its the energy from the band and the crowd that does it. Every show will be like a tribute to him
