If you read History, during WW2 we incarcerated German and Japanese Americans in those camps and just abandoned them after the war. So yea those are POW camps, are they active? NO!

The "Concentration Camp" is acually a training area on we use in the Military this one could be any of the dozen that are located around the world where the US Army Trains.
