11:30pm. Landlords kid sleeps right above this... the hissing sound is a tattoo gun, which she's listed on Kijiji as 'working from home' and in a 'safe environment'. I've seen lots of shady characters coming and going up there, they even beat one so bad it resulted in a 911 call in which the young fellow was taken away covered in blood and in a neck-brace via ambulance. Two of the occupants upstairs were led away in hand cuffs that morning.
