  • Just spoke to Chef Russell and you don't have to rinse the turkey if you don't want to, it’s ok either way, not salty. Just pat it dry with paper towels. Thanks for watching.

  • looks great! Is it necessary to rinse off the turkey before you cook it? Most dry brines say to do that, or it would be too salty. what do you do?
