WTF is this shit? Do women HONESTLY think this is doing them any good? Anyone who supports this is wasting their time and their money and doing nothing but making this 'terd in the punchbowl' Kardashian even more stupidly rich. THIS IS NOT HEALTH AND FITNESS, this is a money making ploy which appeals to people who know nothing about really taking good care of themselves.

Wow, this is awful. I'm an advanced stepper and I've seen many, many step DVDs and this is hands down, one of the worst. She is not even cuing the moves in the video, they are all obviously dubbed in afterwards. Laughable. If she wanted to make a real exercise DVD she should have let a real instructor lead the workout while she was one of the background people.

I work hard doing cardio classes 5 days a week every week faithfully and this heffa tlkin bout fit in your jeans by Friday! she got on club clothes and she look like she going to a photo shoot. who the hell would want to buy this shit. I bet they did not break a sweat throughout the entire video
