I discuss and perform a walk through of all the various gear I use while touring. The particular set of gear I am using for my upcoming trip will be used on a 10 day trip.

  • It's amazing how much of that has been replaced by a smart phone. I know this is from 08.

  • @Tradekraft Yea good point. Things have progressed a lot.

  • whats the brand of your photo bank smart disk.. external hardrive your using? the 40 gig one.

  • I forget, you can google it and find out I'm sure

  • Man your bringing way too much stuff with you. Why bring a tri-pod when you can just sit the camera on a rock or something? I much prefer to ride very light and hard core. It makes it much more interesting. How do you get more fatigued riding without things in your ears? listening to an mp3 player while you ride is very dangerous anyway.

  • On long days with 10 hours of wind noise, I get fatigued.

I don't think riding with music is dangerous. Been doing it for years.
