  • Humbling.

Should be shown throughout the year. Too many forget too quickly.

It's not just about the fallen.

  • Agreed. Those who return with life-changing physical OR mental wounds are in desperate need of recognition and respect. Trouble is, most of them are far too proud to ask for it.

  • i've seen this video only once before on a battle field trip with my school we had just been through an amazing jounrney lerning about the first world war , going to the graves of fallen men and when i came back from the trip someone asked me why i bothered to go and see a bunch of graves . i told her i went to remember the men who had fallen , who people so easily forget , i watch this video to remember the men that had fallen so long ago , and the ones who are still falling .

Well, wasn't there a historic sense of cynicism and hatred toward that holiday by the Veterans themselves, e.g. it brought up bad experiences? Seems like something similar.

uh, I don't think Germany had the ability in WWI to INVADE the UK. And no I am NOT Scottish.

  • Watched this video in school today, got goosebumps then we had 2 min silence all my friends thought i was going to start crying because i lost my cousin in afganistan. and still its illegal to look at a afgani in the wrong way even tho they can do anything to us and nothing will happen because well be the racists. shocking .

please do not forget the people who have and will lose thier life in wars !!!!
