She doesn't know that Africa is a continent, not a country... something that I remember learning in about the 4th or 5th grade. She tried VERY hard to say that she had "foreign policy experience" because she is "close" to Russia. She has ZERO exp. Russia has nukes pointed at us! Defending NORAD bases in AK is the responsibility of the Alaskan National Guard. Straight from from NORAD(dot)MIL : "National Guard forces provide manning for the Alaskan Air Defense Sector to maintain continuous surveillance of Alaskan airspace with Alaskan Radar System long and short-range radars."
