He's kind of a bimbo, isn't he?

@MJSPANTHER Plus I still find it very strange that he was only brought up on one charge. This whole investigation smelled from the beginning. And the trial was just a show for the public. Murray will walk after a few weeks and probably will be able to go ahead and practice medicine in 3 states. NV did suspend his license but CA, HI, and TX have yet to do so. I hope that is in the works. IMO no real justice has been served for MJ. He is the victim of so many foul people! :(

wow. That explains the poor defense... he didn't believe it himself!

There are 2 ways to look at it. Either Chernoff is wrong about Murray or there is evidence of 3rd party (circumstantial or otherwise). I would be interested to hear him talk about the evidence after trial.
-
Chernoff said this was a murder case. He was caught off guard when he said that. This clearly means that even though the defence is stating that MJ self-injected, it is nothing more than a defence strategy. To state the obvious, if Chernoff thinks it's murder, MJ did not kill himself. I'd be interested to know why Chernoff thinks a 3rd party killed MJ. Chernoff could be wrong about Murray of course, but there must be something in the evidence that sits in front of him that indicates 3rd party

If I of had this MURDER case in Texas. You're blasted right.

Indictments are the ONLY Ligitimate way to bring a criminal case. "Informations" are a subvesion of the Common Law.

@butterflybloom1 amen!!!
Any reasonable person would know that Murray murdered Michael Jackson. The LA prosecutors were just too scared or lazy to bother. I guess the defense attorneys job is not to get to the truth but to make sure that their client gets away. They just need a bunch of idiot jurors who will believe their nonsense and believe me they are a lot of them out there

Never saw this interview. But he is correct about one thing, in Texas the charges would have been for murder, not the pitiful slap on the wrist of manslaughter given the mountain of evidence. He also would have been brought up on perjury and tampering with evidence and supplying false statements to medical and law enforcement personnel. Murray would have gotten a minimum of 10-15 years and loss of his medical license and the shutdown of his clinics.
