maybe you should read what the uploader of the video, and owner of the car, said before you act like a retard mate. Vtec didnt kick in at 4500. Thats when he accelerated. If you had a decent set of ears, you would hear vtec kick in just after 5k.

That was just when he accelerated harder. You can hear VTEC engage just after 5000rpm

look a little closer you can hear the cam at exactly 4500 or 0:06

@jarrad8616 yes I would have no idea considering I own 3 Preludes. That may be what the brochure says but if you watch the video it doesn't kck in until around 5k, and that depends on the amount of throttle.
