http://www.ncfitclub.net. Ok, so we're starting on Phase 3 of P90X 2 with P.A.P. Lower. This workout was BRUTAL to say the least. Thankfully I had Amanda here to push me thru it.

  • Great job MAN!!! Very cool...I am on week 3 of phase 1 right now...going to go to the strength phase next week (Staying on it for 6 weeks then recovery) and then i will do 3 weeks of phase 3...so exited. I would appreciate it if u can check out my channel...I am posting daily vlogs with workout clips.Thanks!
