Swimming With Sea Lions

I filmed this while on a trip in the Channel Islands off the coast of Santa Barbara, California on the Truth Aquatics's "Conception". It was in about 40' of water on San Miguel Island.

This was filmed on a Canon GL2 with a wide angle lens in a Ikelite housing.

You might be able to hear over the music the sound of the sea lions barking underwater! Enjoy!

I was Kayaking around Santa Cruz, one of the Channel Islands, and these sea lions would curiously pop their heads out of the water. With their large round heads and big black eyes I found them kind of eerie looking. Like under water aliens.
