i go to scirocco all the time, sorry but breeze is just shit if you compare it to scirroco.

i took my girlfriend there for dinner at breeze (in the same building), it was hands down the best restaurant I've been to. The service, views, food and atmosphere was amazing. 5 stars.
We went up to this bar later on, which was just as awesome.
