I would buy the context of the times idea if there weren't 27 million actual slaves in the world today and hundreds of millions who are imposed into slave-like work conditions. Then there's all the people who get well paid but are office slaves, that's another story. Fuck historical context, my freedom comes from god and we need to chose as a species to not enslave other conscious beings ever again.
