Even though you reached level 4 rather quickly, your health was rather low. This may work in the Season 2 jungle though.

very bad item choice. boots + pots is a must for fast jungle, also start at blue without help and finish at mini golems. could not be faster jungle than that.

and yes - i play jungle udyr a lot
