READ DESCRIPTION: It was difficult to put the past few weeks into 10 minutes, but this is a look at my search for happiness and struggle in reference to my eating disorder, documented February 15th-March 4th, 2007. (Make sure to let it load & watch the entire thing.)

I want this to be a reminder to every person, myself included, of how amazing they are & that we have so much strength inside of us. This is not a video pitying myself, it is me publically displaying the honesty of my struggles & my effort in finding who I am, which I hope will be a help to others as well.

I had a lot of insights & a lot of good days, and quite a few days that were hard to get through-which you'll get a glimpse of. Ten minutes didn't allow quite the quality I wanted, and I plan on making a longer, higher quality version in the near future.

This video is the beginning of a promise I will keep--that I will never stop fighting, and that I will try my very best to remember who I really am. It seems like we have high points and low points, but no stable points, and that's what I'm gradually finding--that stable point. With myself, my emotions, my life. My future (all of our futures) rely on what we are doing this very minute, and I want to have that future, because when I'm at that point, it will be the very minute I'm in. Just like this minute is. And let's hope you get what I'm trying to say. MUAH!

  • What song at around 05:00?

I'm glad the sound is finally back on this vid!

  • Thank you for sharing this raw, honest emotional part of your life - your heart. You were so honest, it made me feel like I knew you. I have not struggled with the same symptoms as you, but with the same causes; I also posted a video on Youtube, it's called Frances Stone - A Reflection of Love. Its my story, I'd love to hear your feedback.

God Bless your heart that is willing to share so much of yourself to help someone else...we have that in common.
