FYI your competitor 'PetSafe' has proper instruction videos. If I had known, I would've purchased their product instead! Not to mention that I couldn't find a bronze version of this door at Lowe's (only white), and I have to paint it now because it looks really ugly with my dark brown patio door...

This product is sold at Lowe's and it should be forbidden to sell a product without proper instructions!!! And on your website, it says "under construction" for the instruction video supposed to be related to this product. Really unprofessional.

I purchased this product and the "instructions" that came with it, on a very small piece of paper are absolutely useless. The pictures are so small we barely can see anything, and to top it all, they're in black and white. There's no way to figure out how to install the "lock" as the instructions are not clear at all and just don't make sense.

Went to all the trouble to put out a video and not show installation...Instructions are crap with this door.

I totally agree with with the last commenter! This is stupid! I know the features! my problem is that the instructions tell you to set in bottom track, only the picture of "figure 1" is the top of the door (and the fact that she has it straight?) IDK but i'd really like someone to demonstrate how to install this and maybe get a close up of the pet panel being put on the respective "tracks"!!! Thank you! :-\

I agree with the rest of the commentors here: idealpet, your video is a joke and completely useless -- if you realloy want to contribute something worth a crap, how about turning this wretched smoldering heap of instructions into a video that people can actually understand? whoever wrote this dreck should be deported! The "Fast Fit" panel for windows is a brilliant product, please try supporting it with a great tutorial!!!
