Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I really appreciate it. This may be simple for many who have done it before, but not me. Very helpful. Thanks much!

By the way I like the pot cozy cooking techniques !
Can the cozy be used for rice? I cannt seem to make rice. I either burn it or make mush. Is there a special technique for cooking rice (I like the sushi type rice, I am not sure what they are called). I am not crazy about those rice in a bag or instant ones.

if you don't eat all the rice and beans do they keep on the trail?

We don't have a Hispanic section, but we do have a Italian section... can you do a series on Italian food?

Keep watching the videos! I have covered some and will be doing more "Italian-inspired" ones :-)

Thanks...
Our supermarkets concentrate on organic, european and eastern ingredients. Would it be impossible to cook Chinese receipes on the trail? Campmor sells a camping Wok.

Sure! I have one of those GSI woks...I do fried rice and pan noodles in mine :-) Just let your imagination take over!
I'll be doing a video in the future with mine!
