It's Drum and Bass bro. Dubstep = 70BPM, Drum and Bass = 170BPM, Drumstep = 140BPM. Mainstream DNB and Dubstep have strong syncopated wobble bass. But this song is less syncopated and less wobble, and instead has more of an atmosphere. This is kind of Liquid Drum and Bass (I think). If you like this sound, check out Liquid Dubstep too. Or Panda DNB. (Blackmill is pretty awesome, and London Elektricity)
