i hate how people just try to tell you what your doing "wrong", like their credible sources. lol

@magikroom Ever used Samson, Sennheiser, AKG, Lauten Oceanus, Shure, Electro-Voice, Neumann, Audio-Technica, Audix, Berhinger, Blue Mics, etc?
-
you have too much sound foam. it would make the sound too dead.
-
love the hardware i used to have a similar set up but as they get less and less used i flogged them off. got a stunning soft synth call Samplelogic Morphestra
P.S. where can we here all you music

Nice synth collection! If you ever want to add some new and innovative gear you should check out our StudioBLADE keyboard workstation. Its powered by Windows 7 and will run any windows compatible software/plug-ins. Its like having a synth with a swappable engine. Check out the videos on our channel!

@utprizzo Far from it...but I've been buying synths for over 20 years, so you end up trading...

@ChiiefProductiiionZ Cheers mate...listened to your stuff...really good, stick with it. I do use some software synths, but prefer hardware...that said, Omnisphere and Maschine sound great. Have updated a few bits since the video, with an R3, GAIA and Blofeld and sold my Moog and a few other bits, plus am going over to Logic on Mac soon.

i have a question. you say you dont produce for a living, well you said do that when your not working. And i was wondering what kind of job do you have that lets you afford all of that equipment. And do you just use it for fun or you do projects here and there? Im asking because im not sure what exactly i want to do after senior year. I want to become a music producer but im afraid i wont make a comfortable living. so right now its between music production, and medicine. any help?

@beatbox111104 Good question...I gigged for 10 years and got signed in 99, but they were a bunch of Sharks and I decided to put my time into Web Design, while still gigging...this enabled me to get kit and once you have a fair bit, you tend to trade up or down for new bits.
I actually shoot and edit video ads for a national company in the UK and don't blow my dosh on going out, fancy cars, that said, my spending of kit has reduced. If you want to be a Producer, go for it and don't look back.
