Only time I have seen someone describe a service without the use of the wrist. All other people who do the hook service or reverse pendulum serves use their wrist, look at timo boll or michael maze. Probably why your balls don't seem very spinny.

@ffxme --Timo doesn't do hook service. He uses reverse services. Hook service is the only one that u don't use ur wrist. I use my wrist a lot when I do other services. Hook service is more stable because it uses no wrist, but it is less spinny compare to normal reverse services. That was said by liu guo-liang.

@goptty I feel that the normal grip causes the ball bounce off the blade quicker, can't get the rubbing done too well...
