First of all, Arabs are NOT Kurds' enemies!!! My roommate is a Kurd and we didnt kill each other, yet. Also, a reason Arabic might be mandatory in Kurdistan because it is the language of Qura'an and you might wanna know Arabic if you are a Muslim, right? Plus, its the fourth spoken language in the world...
