I did this practice every day during my pregnancy. I didn't hardly get any swelling in my body due to swelling. Nor did I have body aches until the very last few weeks of my pregnancy. Shiva Rea is a Yogic wonder! I also followed up with her post partum dvd. Absolutely wonderful workouts!

Hmmm...I'm almost 7 months pregnant with twins and don't see how these moves would work for me! I'm so big already and I think I would injure myself! lol. My sister is 3 months along, though, so I'll have to show her this video and try to get her into it. Thanks for sharing! Love Gaiam!

i use this video now, it makes me feel so strectched out. I did yoga with my first son, and honestly I believe that this is what made the difference from a long labor with meds and short labor and deliver au naturale (took 11 hours from start to finish for a first pregnancy!)

It's difficult to relax with voice soundtrack that is such staccato and congested-sounding.
