The Earth has a range of electrical and magnetic rhythms that relate to mental, emotional and brain functions in research. For example, it's been shown in research that in whole populations the amount of depression and suicide rates go up when the earth frequency in this movie goes down because of solar flares. It also affects blood pressure and heart rate.

This sound is only a rough simulation and the video is an animation. Please share this with friends, family, co workers and anyone interested.

All this information begs the questions of what we can do with sound for mass scale, and inexpensive public health interventions.

This earth frequency is about 8 cycles per second. It helps with reflection, creativity, and relaxation. Different rhythms in the brain relate to learning, emotional and work tasks. IdeaBlot.com is a social idea network with sound training and other mental tools. We try to cultivate to a global education and intelligent tutoring system that is built to use cognitive health tools including biofeedback.
