I can always count on user "revueguy" to unearth gems like this. Thank you for pointing out this one, one of the only examples that wasn't scissored off an episode of Whispering Smith. (It's long-form, too, possibly because the show was filmed in 1959, and sat on the shelf until May 1961.)

  • According to revueguy, the ep this came from was recently discovered in, of all places, the Library of Congress. Wonder how many more obscure idents the feds are sitting on.

  • @KidCairbre Check out "Thriller" with host Boris Karloff, Sundays on Me-TV net. for they're airing S1 eps. The Revue logo and MCA byline, but no globe bug, followed by card that read "Thriller, produced in association with NBC Television Network. I would like to see that uploaded!

  • @KidCairbre Now, let me see, a dectective show titled "Johnny Midnight" (SYN. 1960) starring Edmond O'Brien, most eps had the twin-tube Revue/MCA logos with A Midnight Production dicslaimer above the logos. I'm speculating that there may be later eps of this series with the Revue 'sliding filmstrips' and a single tube, Midnigh Prod. disclaimer, MCA byline and globe bug. Who knows what lurks out there.
