Winter War 7 Tournament report - Part 1

Me and Norau went to Bergen, Norway, to participate in the Winter War 40k tournament, held on the 20th and 21st of February, 2010.

I played my normal Chaos Space Marines:
Daemon Prince with wings
Summoned Greater Daemon
5 Terminators with Heavy Flamer, Chainfist, Power Fist, Combi-Melta, 2 Champions
5 Chosen with Champion, Flamer, Meltagun and Icon of Chaos Glory
10 Chaos Space Marines with Lascannon, Plasma gun, Champion with Power Fist and Icon of Chaos Glory
9 Thousand Sons with Personal Icon and Champion with Bolt of Change in a Rhino with Havoc Launcher
8 Khorne Berzerkers with Personal Icon and Champion with Power Fist in a Rhino with Havoc Launcher
9 Lesser Daemons
Predator with Heavy Bolter Sponsons
Defiler with all DCCWs

nice battle report. i would suggest talking louder, or closer to the camera next time. there's a lot of background noise

Thanks for the tip. I was using a new camera (yay, HD!), and didn´t realize it would be so hard to hear my voice. I got a microphone gun, which I will try next time around.

You seem to lack heavy weapons (gd close combate) to take down those trygons and hive tryrant shame your teminators didnt get into the game quicker although i surpose u winning the game without taking down a monstous creature shows what a gd startgy it was to just forcus on his infantry :)

Yep, in an objective mission, taking out the enemy scoring units can win the game for you.

I second that ShasoDnarb. It's not the most watched but his battle reports are definitely the best and these videos he's posted recently about the painted armies are enjoyable too!
