Tuned Porsche Cayman S Vs a tuned V8 in a drag race. Hard to do a burnout with the gripy Pilot Sport tires. Overshot the start line a bit. Naturally aspirated Engine.

Did a cuick calculation. 295WHP, about 235 at the crank with a 12.6 @ 108mph. Nice launch off the tree. What were the mods? Desnork, filter, exhaust, plenum and flash.

Had about 355HP at the crank. Car now sold.

what is considered "tuned" :) I want to know what took that much time off the stock 1/4 mile which is claimed 13.2 sec...I could only get 13.6....maybe it was the weather/track...or just me :) oh well..lol also, what was your speed when you crossed the line at 12.6?

I have a Viezu motorsport map on mine and BMC induction - good for +28hp but I want more - what have you done ? I'm thinking full Milltek exhaust - meant to be another +25hp extra ? thanks !

Nice video. I too would like to know the mods on this car. I could only manage a 13.4 on street tires.
