~Lyrics~
I am a simple man and i sing a simple song. never been so much in love, never hurt so bad at the same time. I am a simple man and I sing a simple tune. wish that I could see you once again across the road like the first time. i just want to hold you, don't want to hold you down. I hear what you're saying, spinning my head around, I can't make it alone. the ending of the tune is the singing of the song. make me proud to be your man, only you can make me strong like the last time. I just want to hold you, don't want to hold you down. i hear what you're saying, spinning my head around, I can't make it alone.

  • True, Ron was a small guy, not many people COULD fit into his shirts...but let me tell you something...NOBODY could fill his shoes. Most people saw him as a God of Metal-but a few of us got to see the incredibly warm and caring person behind the stage props.

  • @uku4ase1 Not sure who could fit into the shirt off his back :) R.I.P. Ronny

  • Ronnie was a great friend and mentor to many many people. He would give you the shirt off his back in the middle of a blizzard if he saw you needed it. Here was a guy that would stop the tour bus to pick up a group of homeless people and take them someplace and feed them. The world misses him more than it may ever truly know. Rest in Peace, Ron.

  • I was thinking ...It couldent be the graham nash song, but... wow

  • Ronnie was a great vocalist and good bassist as well

  • @bagelguy520 I thought so too, but I agree it is still good

  • Man, I thought it was gonna be a skynyrd cover, still good though.

  • Thanks a lot for this song.

  • Sounds like Ronnie.

  • 1:32, where is that picture from? It's lovely.

Dio is god. There is no other rational explanation.
