AIG CEO lied to US Representitives including Elijah Cummings

Elijah Cummings blasts Edward "Ananias" Liddy and AIG as a whole over the wasted funds they received via their repeated Bailouts. AIG continues to waste money throwing lavish parties and Representitives like Elijah Cummings are thankfully shining a light on them. When asked if $23,000 is too much Cummings responds by saying Liddy gave him his word this would not occur. Did Edward "Crappy Pants" Liddy lie?

Too funny. A corporation worth over a TRILLION dollars and $23,000 is considered "a party?" LISTEN PEOPLE! WE, that means YOU & ME, O-W-N AIG now. Yes, we are OWNERS of this company and LIDDY was hired after the fact to ensure it comes out of the red to recoop OUR investment (bailout monies.)
