Of course, the Luigi strategy is the optimal one, but the experience gained during the fight (NOT the 9990 you get for defeating him overall) is MORE than 9990 - so start shaking that remote! ;)

@whoopdewoot You'll need to beat Flopside's Level 100 boss. Technically, you also need to not sell the Mario card, which technically gives you that ability, but since it doubles attack too, you'd be a fool to sell any of those

I died twice battling Wracktail. But at the 3rd time, I came up with an idea... Pretty useful.

Using Dottie and shrink me so the effin' wrackles won't shoot at me. And Luigi's jump of course
