@pianox12 I was wondering the same thing for a long time. I think it means that when she left, he felt like there was no air left in the room. "The breath you left" I think translates into the memory of her.

A split screen is used in movies to show two different scenes at once... like two people breaking things off and going about their lives separately. As far as two wrongs make it all alright tonight, well they both wronged the other and feel regret and sadness together.
