I saw this commercial when I was very young. I have never been able to figure out how they make the hollow tube. What I can't figure out is how when the play-doh is passed out past the blue round piece of plastic, there is not a cut lengthwise along the tube. That center piece of plastic must be connected to the rest of the blue shape selector somehow. How does this work?
