~7 minutes from an electronic local informtion channel in Naperville, IL on 10/12/87. I think this is actually two differenct channels, recorded after one another.

ive noticed the same thing i remember when i was like 3 and they had this weather set up it was in 91 or 92

Not all gone. Some small/rural counties still have these info channels available on their local cable annexes. Many of them play local radio or cable listening stations while displaying weather, cable info, local ads, etc. And they still look exactly like this.

Yeah, they remain familar to me, although they have been gone for 15+ years now.
